Just 5 miles from the stunning Norfolk coastline, renowned for its beaches, nature reserves and quaint seaside towns and villages. Head to Cley or Blakeney, where you can enjoy birdwatching and seal spotting opportunities. For culture and history, visit Holkham Hall (12 miles) where you can watch the deer graze and hire a rowing boat on the lake, or the much-loved country retreat of the royal family, Sandringham (25 miles). Norfolk is a top holiday destination for those who enjoy walking, cycling, golfing, water sports and so much more. Ideally located for visiting the Thursford Christmas Lights and Spectacular which run throughout the entire of November and December.

Relax in the open plan living area where you can cosy around the electric fire in the cooler months. Prepare delicious homecooked meals using local produce you've bought on days out in the well-equipped kitchen and savour them around the dining table. After long days exploring the local area, there are two bedrooms to choose from to rest your heads. One with a double bed and washbasin and the other with twin beds, one of which is a small single (2' 6”). The family bathroom completes the property.


    There is an enclosed walled garden with shingle area, providing garden furniture where you can soak up the rays in the warmer months. Or dine alfresco in the shade of the pergola on the patio area.
