"My partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra £2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was £15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it. The local area around the hotel was calm and safe, with lots of business around e.g., tesco, pubs, sainsbury's, cinemas and town centre. The bathroom was a bit small but not an issue for such a small stay. Overall, definitely worth the money as it was cheap but good standards "

"Lovely stay check in was quick receptionist was friendly . Room was clean modern and very spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows ,we slept well as was was very quiet. We pre paid for breakfast as was cheaper it was good with plenty of choice .All the hotel staff were very attentive we were asked several times how we were doing and if they could help in any way . "

"Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time.... Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "
