Good stay close to airport
Great room. Pain checking in because of the queue at the automatic system. Breakfast was decent and it's the best hotel around for the closeness to the airport.

The automated check-in was a disaster. Arriving late (having notified the hotel beforehand) after a long journey the Automat did not recognise my booking number. Nobody was in the hotel. Finally another guest arrived who had the same problem. We called the number given and the gave us a code to enter the hotel, and then we had to search behind the desk for our room cards. Needless to say there was no possibility to get a drink at the hotel. It would be great if there were signs on the ground floor and the upper floors to direct the guests into the right direction to their rooms. I had booked a single room because I only stayed from 10pm to 6am. The bed was a joke, it reminded me of a camping bed, it seemed to be much narrower than a standard single bed, and was seriously uncomfortable. The only good thing of this hotel is the proximity to the airport Memmingen for the early morning flights.

If you have late check in be aware 3rd party booking confirmation numbers won’t work in the automated key system outside. The phone number on the box directs you to someone and they will help you get the key. Other than that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and the walk to train station is not bad either

Arrived on Sunday and there was no one in reception. The automatic check in machine outside of the entrance refused to find our reservation by hotels.com reservation confirmation number. Luckily we had a phone to call someone who opened the door and came 1h later to get the payment. Hotel does not have air conditioning (and it was a hot day) and no nets on windows (but moscitos and other flying insects). Apart of it very good hotel, perfect for overnight stay before the flight

the hotel was clean and rooms are spacious, but there was no restaurant and no place to eat or drink and the closest place to go out is 10-15 minutes walking. no room service and no one at the reception after 10 pm.

Convenient stay near Memmingen airport
Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Had a nice large round floor room. Its out of town, 10 minute walk from the airport so not much else in the vicinity. Its possible to get food delivered.

First of all, the hotel is far away from the city center, but all hotels in Memmingen where full, so that's the only place we could find. The room was big, so the bathroom, but the shower was very small in comparison to the rest of the space. There was some damage from leaks in the bathroom ceiling and some of the wall was chipping. The breakfast was OK, though boring since every day was the same, and they refill the stations continuously. One morning the cleaning staff came early to clean my room and I asked them to come a little later to do the cleaning since my daughter was taking a shower and the simply didn't come plus they were not nice at all. I complained to the reception team and they sent a very nice lady. I think Customer Service in Germany is either non existent or really bad

there is no need to sleep in Memmingen to see it.
the hotel is very close to airport. by feet you can be there in 15 - 20 minutes. the staff was very helpful, they book for us a train and they gave us the room much earlier than the check-in time. the breakfast was very good.

מלון טוב מאד במיקום נוח מאד למי שמחפש קירבה לשדה התעופה. במקלחון היה ריח של ביוב שהפך את השהות בחדר האמבטיה ללא נעים החדר מרווח והמיטה נוחה אין כספת

no take away breakfast for late commers
We arrived late and we asked the lady at the desk to prepare us a take away breakfast, since our flight was very early[6:05AM] and she said I was very tired I need to go home soon. I expected a fair service since we paid for room with breakfast.

Das Airporthotel schickt über Expedia eine Buchungsbestätigung und eine Reservierunsnummer in einem PDF nur dieses PDF lässt sich nicht öffnen es wird immer nur die letzt aufgerufene Internetseite vom Browser geöffnet. Das heißt nach 20.00 Uhr kann man am Eincheck-Automaten nicht einchecken, weil man keine Reservierungsnummer hat und die Bestätigungsnummer und Expedia-Reiseplannummer nützen soviel wie nichts!

Buen alojamiento si el objetivo es estar cerca del aeropuerto. Se accede al aeropuerto andandando en 15 minutos, por una calle directa con acera y farolas. La chica de recepción que nos atendió habla español y fue muy amable tanto en el trato como en las indicaciones y recomendaciones. La habitación y el baño son amplios y están limpios.
