"The property, along with its amenities like the gym, is dated. However, it does offer a convenient shuttle service. The room was unclean, even after requesting housekeeping to clean it. Despite repeated requests, zero effort made. Would not recommend this property not worth the price. "

"The staff were ok. Not really very overly friendly. Seemed somewhat bothered by our need for help in our room when all the lights weren’t working or the phone was unplugged behind the bed. Cleanliness was poor. Dust and dirt in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room was dirty and stained. Broken sitting desk with a water bubbled top. The windows would not open, They didn’t have screens to open for fresh air. When we walked into the room it had a very strong smell of mold coming from the air conditioner. So we immediately turned it off. We were very disappointed with it being a Best Western Plus. It was very shabby. Beds were comfortable but the covers were old and not clean. We are so sorry to have to share this with you . But we will never come back. "

"Hotel itself was lovely. A little hard to find. Good proximity to the airport. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. Pool was closed for a private party. The music from the rooftop party was so loud that we had to use the earplugs they provided. Could not get any sleep since the music continued until 3am and we had an early flight the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was ok but all the food was cold. I would not stay there again."

"The place was very clean. Older furniture and bathroom fixtures but overall we had a comfortable stay. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff were very friendly and communication regarding check in, the stay, and check out was clearly explained; even parking options were spelled out!"
