"It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms appear to be renovated and are very clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower, spacious bathroom and a large frig in the room. Breakfast consists of waffles and biscuits & gravy....not much but it is tasty. Lobby is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to Iowa State campus. I would definitely stay here again. "
