The location was good for access to funeral events, big box stores, grocery store, and highway 240. The house was a very stripped down old run down house. No frills. Lots of beds. While a new coat of paint was on the walls and floors cleaned up there were still broken blinds and damaged walls. The biggest issue was that all taps were broken including: the kitchen tap was so broken you couldn’t get it into the cold water position; the hallway bath was very difficult to switch from shower to bath; and the master bedroom bathroom shower dripped and shot water off in all the wrong directions.

The 715 yates was a great house, the 725 I had asked about the stove top and the oven not working said he’d get a maintenance team out there, got home from work and they were still not working. Made it work with going back and forth between houses cooking things.
