"The staff are amazing, always there to assist with anything you need. The room was clean as were the hallways. The breakfast is a full breakfast, not just a continental style. They had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice and hot tea or coffee. "

"We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful. "

"Ms. Angela and Ms. Tina were awesome hosts. Finding me a room and allowing me to check in hours early to decorate for my daughter's bday. I accidentally left my daughter's cupcakes at their desk and they guarded them until I returned to get them. I always do some wiping down when I get hotel rooms and I can say that my room was very clean. Sheets and pillows were clean. Price was reasonable and no hidden fees. "
