The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-All used towels must be placed in the washer and start them on the NORMAL wash cycle. Please use the pods provided. -All dishes must be washed otherwise a $25 fee will be applied
-All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bin next to the garage.
-All blinds should be closed and televisions should be powered off. -All bed linen should be placed on the floor next to the bed. -Lock the door using the code provided upon your check-in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO PARTIES or LARGE Gatherings. You will be forced to leave and will not receive a refund. -Local guests ARE NOT allowed to rent this property
NO PETS ALLOWED NO candles or open flames.
