"3 generations holiday. Centrally located, lots of space. Ideal for our needs. Complimentary extras were a lovely touch. The decoration wasn’t perfect but it really didn’t matter. It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end. "Beautiful clean house, very spacious. Particularly liked the sun room, for relaxing and chatting. Kitchen & dining area were well set out with every utensil you can imagine. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!"

"The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. Even South Stack at the far end of Anglesey was only an hour away. Bodnant gardens National Trust is only 5...

"By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive."

"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. It was so painful that I went outside and slept in my car. Additionally, when I woke up, I had beetles crawling on my feet. After we returned...

"Fresh, clean; décor, furnishings, etc are first class, a real credit to the owners who are also so helpful and obliging. Lovely welcome pack of wine, milk and local goodies is another really lovely touch, though highly calorific! Garden also well well laid out and fully equipped though one small gripe would be lack of privacy where picket fence overlooks 2 neighbouring gardens and vice versa, some screening would be nicer. "The property has everything a family needs in a great location for town, east and west beaches and plenty to do nearby. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was hard to parked outside and roads are steep."

"Booked only four weeks in advance at a very busy time of year. Good value at the peak of Summer time mid August. Two adults a 3 year old and a six year old plenty of room in the property. "Week’s holiday with our dog. Cosy little cottage in a lovely little village with plenty of good walks from the door or nearby. Positives included the excellent welcome basket with lots of lovely goodies, kitchen was well supplied and they also provided dog bowls and toys. It was in a good location near the beach. Cafe on the seafront, plus fish & chip shop and Indian nearby. As the hosts state this is only suitable for 2 adults, but it’s comfortable and very clean."

"We loved our stay here! A lovely little cottage perfectly located in a charming village by Snowdon with great pubs and independent shops. We didn't have a car and using the local buses worked out just fine which is a bonus. Highly recommend!"
