"I was told the bar and restaurant would be open while we there, it was closed because of no staff, No Airport shuttle service, No fresh water, it was left over from the night before, No coffee, We parked in hotel parking, It was snowing horribly for days, we got stuck in parking because nobody had shoveled or plowed, And not a tow truck came to help us,"

"Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. They also worked with us, so if we needed to extend one more day, they would accommodate us. We very much appreciated that!!"
