"Everything fine apart from the final surprise. To be sure of the payment, the reception erased our electric keys and denied access to our room. Before regular check-out, 24 hours before our departure. We were treated like thieves by people far from speaking basic english, obliged to be accompanied to open our room again. Never heard before.
