Great rental for families in Merano

Pros: Building fully renovated in 2024 with sizeable apartments with kitchen and large south facing balcony with a great view. Common areas with sauna, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor play areas for kids. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance from city center (~25min), restaurants, Trauttmansdorff gardens and grocery store. Local produces available upon request. Friendly and accommodating host.

Tolles Appartement mit herrlicher Aussicht

Pros: Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Appartement mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und einem großzügigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge, die Apfelbäume und den Garten, den man mitbenutzen darf Die ruhige Lage war für unsere sportlichen Aktivitäten ideal und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmern sich um alles (Brötchenservice, Ausflugtipps etc.).
