  • An attic apartment with 77 m2, two separate bedrooms, a large living room with balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Texel Group. Newly furnished in the best villa area in Meran Obermais, surrounded by meadows and apple trees. The city center of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or on a beautiful walk in 15 minutes.
    The apartment is located in Merano Obermais and the beautiful center of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The Botanic Gardens and the Touriseum of Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Way. The public outdoor pool of Scena is in sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, many places of interest can be visited. For excursions, the extensive hiking area Meran 2000 attracts. The cycle path to the Passeiertal is only a few hundred meters away.
    For 2-4 persons are available 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a large open living space consisting of: living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette and a covered balcony.
