"Stayed here back at the end of January. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommended some lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby. Check in process was quick and easy. Location is pretty good too, lots of amenities nearby and a train station is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Can't complain about anything "

This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "

"Location is great with good transport and easy access to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompei, Solerno etc. Property is an apartment within a gated residence complex and the rooms have high ceilings, a good a.c., fridge, coffee machine, KS bed, tv - so well fitted out. Breakfast consists of baked goods, coffee pod, chocolate milk and juice. Property is unmanned, so outside limited hours you have to WhatsApp but they are quite responsive."

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
