  • Discover your perfect getaway at our modern and thoughtfully decorated apartment located in the desirable northeast area of ​​Merida, Yucatan. This elegant retreat features an exquisite private terrace and private pool, providing the ultimate in relaxation and luxury.

    Strategically located for the best of Merida, just steps away are the Faro del Mayab Muguerza Hospital, La Isla, Plaza Altabrisa, and endless dining and entertainment options.
    • DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.

    • Guests must turn off all non-essential electrical appliances, lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use. Help us conserve energy and care for the environment.

    🗑️ Use thick trash bags and place them INSIDE the parking containers. It`s strictly prohibited to throw waste without a bag. Do not leave trash in the building hallways. Failure to follow the indicated rules will be punished with a fine.

Merida at Aspensento

Beautiful area. Very safe. Everyone was super friendly. Rooftop pool was amazing. Property is very well taken of. Extremely clean. You are immersed right into the community of San Ramon. Mostly Spanish speaking people so knowing some Spanish is a bonus.
