Casa Lluavi es una pequeña contribución al mejoramiento de un barrio tradicional, a la Ciudad de Mérida y a su arquitectura original.
En su restauración se procuraron utilizar materiales reciclables, se conservaron y restauraron pisos y muros originales, se instalaron sistemas ahorradores como paneles solares, riego por goteo, evitar el pasto para ahorrar agua y materiales de la región.
