"Personal at the counter lack ... smile? Friendliness? If you don t like helping customers, don t do this job! When i ask for an aspirin (none at the distributor, but somehow condoms?!) at midnight to the concierge she told me she didn t have any and didn t feel the least concern for my splitting migraine and my ready to die look on my face.... sorry will never go back. Money is no object. I can pay more for people that know how to smile and are ready to help their customers. "

"Fall off the tram at the first stop from the aeroport and you are at the hotel . Very good for solo late arrivals . Great receprion, quirky rooms and style but with everyyhing you need ( lift too, no kettle normal for french hotels). Fab breakfast included ununual for french hotels...cheese eggs meat greads pastries, fruits yoghurt and excellent coffee"

"Despite arriving at near midnight, a warm and friendly welcome awaited me. The room was well appointed and included tea and coffee facilities plus welcome sweets. "The best hotel that we have stayed in for a long time and we travel a lot. It was easy to get to by tram. The room was adequate and We only have one negative comment. The shower screen is too long and it is not easy to get in. Also it wasn’t possible to to fix the shower head. "
