Wonderful city oasis

We were really impressed with the location and accommodations! We cruise every year and want our family to stay together the night before. This has been by far the best location and can't wait to come back next year! Clean, quiet and the pond has fish and turtles in it, fun for the whole family!

Great Hideaway

The property is perfect for large group gatherings, whether for one night or two weeks. It offers plenty of sleep choices a large kitchen and three bathrooms. The patio is covered and has a grill. There is a pond, and fishing equipment and a paddle boat are available. The place is in close proximity to Port Canaveral and the Space Center. I hope to come back to explore the area.I also appreciate all the assistance the owner provider to this 1st time VRBO guest.

Stay before cruise!

Overall it was a great place for our family of 12 to stay before boarding our cruise. We also enjoyed the Gator 🐊 in the pond that we named Spikey lol and all the other wildlife that came to visit the pond. Very peaceful and quiet place. Enjoyed the grill and time spent with family. Do bring bug spray if you plan to enjoy the outdoor seating in the evening because you are in Florida and near water so mosquitoes will be a bother!

Beautiful Property

The property grounds were amazing... House was clean and adequate for our stay. The only issue we had was that we stayed on a holiday and most food places were closed (no fault of the host or property). We ended up UBERing to Target for food and cooked ourselves, so all was great. Property is close to the cruise port and only took about 15 minutes to get to our dock. Rory was awesome and a very attentive host. Will definitely stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for for our group of nine the night before our cruise. We were from, TX, KS, OK, KY and AL. Being all together let us start our vacation a day early. We had a group of 11 that stayed one night prior to a cruise. the property is beautiful and so peaceful to just sit outside and relax and visit. The home was just perfect for our group. The host was very responsive. My only suggestion is to get some new pillows. All in all a good stay and we would definitely book this again.

Interesting home

The home had a very interesting layout and was perfect for the three families we had staying there. Each had their own space. The alligator in the pond was a little unnerving but he stayed in his space and we stayed in ours. The putt-putt setup around the back was a nice touch. The location felt very secluded (which is a plus for me) but was within minutes of anything we needed or wanted. We stayed here one night before boarding our cruise the next day. It had everything we needed.

Great stay for a big family!

This property was very clean but it is off the beaten path. There should be signs along the road that explains where to go. Also, the house is split up. There is one half that is an apartment like structure with a kitchenette, bathroom, king bedroom and a small living area. Then on the other side of the apartment- on the OUTSIDE there is a room with a day bed only. Then the main part of the house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area. This place would be good for large groups. The pond is beautiful and the outside area is nice. It was very clean and had plenty of blankets and towels. Property manager was very nice and great to work with!

The property was nice for a one night stay before our family cruise. The amout of space was decent. The main house was 3 bedrooms which was spacious. The 2nd building was basically 1 room because the other room was not attached indoors so nobody slept in there because if they needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night they would be walking outside to get inside the main house. The house was very dirty. Urine was in both toilets which confirmed the house was not cleaned before my.arrival. The previous guess left socks on the floor. We washed the towels because they looked dirty.

Very Nice Stay

We planned this stay a few days before our cruise because it had the room that we needed for my family and conveniently located to the port. The rental was difficult to find the first night because it was storming and rainy and there were no lights guiding us to the correct house. We did find it and we had most everything we needed for our two night stay. I did have an issue and Rory was very responsive and came quickly to check on us. He also resupplied us with some dish and laundry soap when I informed him it was low. The rental was clean and we enjoyed our time there. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and not far from shopping and restaurants. I would choose to stay here again because of the location and the care and concern our host showed us! Thank you!

Our stay was ok to fine. The place has so much potential but it could really use a good cleaning and (at least) a mini refresh. The layout was odd as had been mentioned in other reviews. We ended up only staying in the main part of the home. We entered the separate building and there was a large sticky looking stain right inside the door that made a poor first impression. We fortunately didn’t need that area and went around to the main part of the home and it was dated but sufficient for the one night we were staying. The pond on site was cute and our granddaughter enjoyed the dock and seeing the turtle. The price was really fair- especially if you need a lot of space. We are not nitpicky people so just know I’m trying to want to give a fair review to help others and even the owners. We would possibly stay again based on the price, location and amount of space.

The house was amazing for 11 people, 3 of them children under 6. The jetted tub was not working, there is a paddle boat but it doesn't have the feet paddles and there are kayaks and fishing poles. All of my kids were able to catch fish in the pond, and that was amazing. The setup is great and the property is so very pretty. The Barn Door is a little wobbly so just open it easy. There was dried noodles in a bowl in the cabinet so check your dish. Other than that the place was absolutely amazing!

Be aware that, while the location has the exact number of bedrooms and bathrooms that it said, two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms were in a separate building. In the detached building, only one of the rooms had access to a bathroom without talking outside. It was not a problem, but it would have been helpful to know in advance.
