Hidden gem just a drive from the beach and village

Keep it sweet and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. This fully remodeled home is built on a low-traffic street with a large backyard and is only minutes away from the local attractions. Only a 2-minute drive from Historic Cocoa Village and a 15-minute drive from the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Enjoy ice cream anytime at the Dairy Queen just down the street. Pets are allowed but a pet fee is required. If you have a pet you must message me the number of pets, breed, and size before booking. :)

Spring Break family trip

Great place to stay. House was clean and location was great for beaches and Kennedy Space Center. Basket with beach toys, beach chairs and a cooler was available during our stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Convenient, clean, well appointed

Lee’s property was a great launch pad for all of our adventures in the Cocoa area. Super convenient to the Village, beach, sailing center, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Really a Gem!

Enjoyed our stay! This place was so well equipped from coffee pods to a first aid kit. Located just a short drive to beach and shopping. Will definitely stay again! Lee was excellent with communicating too.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful house! It was spotlessly clean! Has all the comforts of home. Even had toiletries and q-tips. TVs in almost every room. Host was awesome!

Very nice will stay again

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lee had everything we need'ed for the beach It is bigger inside than it looks when you pull up. Very clean in and out The only down fall is I have lallergies most plac s don't bother me but if you have allergies I will tell you bring something for them. Other than that it's perfect. We had 9 people.

Lovely Home

This is my third time staying at this property. We have 3 dogs and they love it there! One of my dogs would probably stay out in the back yard all day if she could. The host has been easy to get ahold of also.

Delightful well equipped little house

We were staying 2 nights before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was PERFECT! It's not a big house, but it met our needs. The property was VERY well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. Location is convenient. Good communication with the host. We would stay again

Merritt Island Rental

The location worked great for us as it was very easy to get to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, restaurants and shopping. The house fit our needs perfectly and we were all impressed with how thoughtfully it was outfitted. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days. The back yard was so nice to just relax in after a long day of "touristing".

Perfect quaint home for a family trip

We loved this home, the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the hosts. We had everything we needed and then some, from irons and hairdryers to high end samples and amenity products. They clearly really care and value the experience of their guests. We frequent this area often and will definitely be staying here again if their booking schedule allows.

The owner goes over the top

We truly enjoyed our stay at the very well appointed hidden gem. The owner had decorated for the holidays and had so many extras throughout the house, which made it really fun. The house was clean, updated and had very comfortable beds. We will be back.

Perfect for our needs

Stayed here for a family event in Merritt Island, Florida and it was absolutely perfect. We were greeted with a kind note from the owner and a bottle of sparkling wine on the dining table. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and neat. I enjoyed the small details like professional hair products (shampoo, conditioner) in the showers. We stayed a week. Conveniently located.

Sweet Surprise

Beautifully home clean with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were impressed at the quality of just about everything, from wall decor to kitchen items and even quality samples of shampoo and conditioner! Would definitely come back!

Perfect NASA Hub

We booked this house so that Family could all comfortably stay an extended weekend and head to Kennedy Space Center. This house was PERFECT. Exactly as described, easy and surprisingly quite location, near anything you would need, short drive to Kennedy Space Center and lots of room. That backyard went unexplored as it rained, but it was spacious. House was well stocked with everything you would expect and more. We plan to book here again when we travel back down to the area. 5 out of 5.

The best stocked house we’ve stayed in

Virtually every detail was well thought out at Lee’s property. Very comfy beds and seating. You can tell Lee put a lot of thought and care into this property. I can say anything negative about her selections or her communication. The area was central to our needs on the mainland and at the beach. We were happy with that as well. The only thing I would point out is that the home is in a bit of a mixed use area, business’ are next door and across the st. That said we would absolutely rent this property again with no hesitation! Lee was awesome to work with!

Perfect place for a family or couples

This was perfect for our small vacation on Merritt Island. It was so close to everything! Whether you needed something at the grocery store, the local Starbucks or midnight snack at a fast food joint, it was within a short walk and less than a minute drive. However, the house was pleasantly equipped with all the subtle details and necessities one could possibly think of. From extra shampoo, body wash, to hair gel and even butter! Most places are completely bare so you have to go out and buy EVERYTHING (even salt and pepper) to cook anything, but they even had spices which made it nice. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet! Short distance to beaches, Kennedy Space Center and so much more. Would definitely recommend this place.
