Welcome to Merritt Islands newest resort community, Cape Crossing Resort and Marina! Cape Crossing Resort is located on Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport. Nestled on the eastern "starboard" side of the resort, our condo offers a sublime escape into tranquility. Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

It was a nice space, pool area was lovely. However we were locked out for about an hour due to the key pad not working and the company did dispatch a maintenance person to assist. Fitness center was nice, though it was unavailable for one day of our stay due to a cleaning. We had a leak which was fixed but then reoccurred from under the sink so we're unable to use the sink or water would leak on the floor. These are two fixable issues that will hopefully be resolved after our stay.
