Le Cottage de la Plage house 400 m from the sea with garage and sunny courtyard

  • THE BEACH COTTAGE

    Bright detached house in the quiet area of the church 2 steps from the centre and 5 min walk from the beach.

    The 70 M2 cottage has just been renovated to welcome you with all the comforts in a neat decoration. You have a sunny courtyard and a small private garage!

    Personalised welcome (independent reception if necessary).
    Free WIFI connection via high-speed fibre / board games and books available.

    On the ground floor: entrance with cloakroom which opens onto the sunny courtyard not overlooked: garden table, barbecue, deckchair.
    A private garage (3 m wide x 2.40 m high x 4 m long).

    On the 1st floor: the living room with sofa, TV with 150 channels and NETFLIX, dining room, equipped kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

    On the 2nd floor under the roof:
    - "La Capitainerie": landing room not closed but isolated by screens, with 1 bed of 160 x 200 (possibility of separating into 2 beds of 80 x 200), storage, office space.
    - "Moussaillon Room": 2 single beds of 80 x 200 (possibility of joining into 1 bed of 160 x 200), storage.
    - "Admiral's Room": 1 large bed of 140 x 190 and storage.

    The living rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors so unfortunately, the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    You will find all the tourist documentation and a welcome guide on site to inform you during your stay.

Cozy town house in beautiful part of Normandie.

The little town house in short distance to the ten center and the beach is a perfect starting for all kinds of activities and a charming place to relax. Our host Melanie was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to stay

We loved our stay in the Cottage by the Beach, it had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. The host was very helpful and answered our questions straightaway. The house is on a quiet street, close to the amenities and the beach. Thank you so much for having us!

C'etait un bon séjour à Mers-les-Bains. La gite est très jolie. Il faut passer un des 3 chambres pour aller dans les autres 2. C'etait pas un problem, mais c'est mieux de savoir en avant. Dans la cuisine est tous qu'il faut, est tout le gite est décorée en bon gout.

Gîte confortable en centre ville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement: très propre, bien équipé et agréable à vivre, l'appartement se trouve dans une rue très calme à 2 min à pied des commerces (supérette boulangerie et super crèmerie) à 5min à pied du skatepark et de la plage, et à 5min du chemin côtier pour un footing matinal de qualité :-) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
