"We were told at check-in because we were staying 5 nights it was mandatory daily cleaning. If we did not want/need our room cleaned to put out do not disturb sign. We never had the do not disturb sign out but had to ask for supplies such as towels, kleenex, TP every day. Our room was never “cleaned” sheets never changed or beds made. We had to ask for garbage to be removed. Bathroom had dirty gross tile, corners were filthy. Breakfast was Sub Par. I went off previous reviews when booking this but was sadly disappointed. Room was way to expensive to be this dirty and horrible housekeeping service during our stay."

"We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints! "

"The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. So if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it's great. The pool area was nice, but small. The furniture in our room was worn and damaged. The doors did not fit right, so there was a gap that you could see through. It was actually located in an industrial park, not really in a convenient location for walking anywhere, although there was a Waffle House nearby. Breakfast was ok. Expedia offered a free drink with the stay, but did not receive that. "

"Specifically, I was most impressed with Rosie. They’re at the concierge desk. She made the check in and check out very easy and straightforward. While I was there, I had to leave a day early due to my unfortunate news of my mother passing away. And Rosie shared her condolences. Also a check out I’d received a sympathy card, which was very thoughtful."

"This was the absolute worst hotel I have stayed at. The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The biggest issue was being next to the staircase where a door constantly slammed all night waking me up and my daughter. We could not sleep. I had to message expedia at 4 in the am to try and get help and get out of this hotel asap. The lady working the front desk was so rude and did not care at all about customer service or even professionalism. When I asked to speak with someone who might be able to help me like the manager, she told me no one could talk to me, and I could call someone on Monday. That wasn't helpful considering it was the weekend and I needed a resolution that day. I had to check out and find another hotel nearby to stay at. It was truly a horrible experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. Do not stay here. You will regret it. "

"If I could give no stars, in fact, minus if I could! The property looks nothing like the pictures they show on Expedia; it looked great on the site with windows and California shutters hence it turned out to be a total misrepresentation! Do not be fooled by the pictures. It was like a prison without any windows, paint peeling, much smaller than depicted on the site, completely unsafe and the room was horrifying. It was a third of the size shown on Expedia. I stayed for a few seconds and that was enough. We ran as far away as we could! We stayed for a few seconds and we still did not get a refund for those few seconds. They charged us for all that stress even though we did not even stay that night. BUYER BEWARE! Do not even think of staying there as it is scary!!! "
