"Pros: It's an interesting place with lots of World Fair lore. We didn't stay there for this reason but may interest others. Location is good for that area of St. Louis and isn't far from great attractions. Tony is responsive and seemed interested in making sure our stay was comfortable.Cons: Could use a little additional cleaning with some dust collecting in places. I sent a list of small maintenance items which hopefully will get worked on. If both these things get done, it will be a really great place. There is a very strict schedule on the air system. The first couple days were cold and the heater was on way too high. I turned the heat down but it reset back to the schedule every couple hours which made sleeping a chore.CYA: Take note of any damaged or broken items. Cleaner claimed I broke something which was not the ending to a decent trip I wanted to deal with."

"We loved our stay in the manor! The house is beautifully renovated while paying homage to the history of the home. The house is so spacious - plenty of room for 3 families. The house has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and the host was an amazing communicator. The house is also a great location. I would highly recommend this property."

"Perfect location for our daughter's wedding at the Piper Palm House. Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Backyard was an oasis - fenced with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the warm spring days and evenings. Clean and ready for us. Host reached out early with clear directions for getting in. Would stay again. "

"not enough towels only 1 roll of toilet paper. other towels locked away in closet. had to clean and wash our own dishes. didn't feel safe. and thought the apartment could use a good deep cleaning. washer and dryer was nice. the floor felt sticky on your feet and dirty. nice apartment but not very cozy. "

"I did not find this basement room to be clean. The bathroom floor moldings showed evidence of prior flooding. The upstairs guest noises can be heard clearly. "
