"The ceiling of the bathroom in 463 looks like the remains of mildew or some moisture related issue. It is very noticeable standing in the shower and looking toward the mirror."

"Everything was lovely. View of the fountain and right in the heart of The Hill. I didn’t read carefully that you need to provide your own toiletries. Just an FYI. "

"The property was really well decorated and check-in was easy. The property was comfortable and the decor theme was really enjoyable for us! We were able to park on the street and walk to coffee shops and restaurants close by. I would recommend staying here to explore St Louis!"

"Communication with Dan was on point, never had any issues! Beds were super comfy and bedrooms were super spacious except bunk bed room is very small but we didn’t use it any way the two queen beds in the 3 bigger rooms was plenty for 6 adults and 4 kids. Really only cons we had was There is only 1 TV period and the WiFi is basically non existent, thankfully we took a blu-ray player and movies for the kids and also only a half roll of toilet paper period for 3 days but I didn’t bring it to Dans attention either because we just grabbed some while we was out. Also not sure where laundry facility was but it’s not in the duplex. And if you have real little ones you will want to block the steps off going down to entrance. Over all for the price and basically just needing a place to sleep and shower and made a small breakfast for the fam before we set out for our days, it worked out for our family perfectly and we would for sure stay again. Neighbors even seemed friendly. "

"Stayed with group of friends from all over. There was plenty of space for parking multiple cars and everything we wanted to visit was very nearby! The place was also very clean and provided plenty of space."
