"Was perfect for our two families with two kids each and extra room for grandparents. All the little amenities were there. The layout was upstairs apartment and downstairs apartment with a side entrance so as not to disturb anyone. Also very kid safe with the stairwell locked doors and gates preventing stair access by little ones."

"Awesome property for family trip to STL!! We had a wonderful stay during our time in St. Louis. The neighborhood is fantastic with tons of coffee shops and restaurants and walking distance. The area is excellent and the condo is spacious and well maintained. Comfortably slept five over several nights. Host Diem was amazing!!! Acoomodating, kind, helpful and prompt! Value was fantastic. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to The Lou!!! "

"No, the pots and pans were old and tore up. Utensils included plastic forks, metal forks, metal knives and one spoon. The can opener was broken. The cupboards had food in them and there were tons of ants. The stove was not cleaned prior and I couldn't get the gunk off. Many outlets barely worked and the internet did not connect.The stairs leading to the laundry area were filthy as well as around the laundry. All blinds were broken and falling apart. The chairs were for the table were broken as well. The steps leading in were unsafe and the awning was ready to collapse. Photos were very misleading as to the quality of the place.Host did not send key code prior and then did not respond until almaot 1.5hrs after check-in time. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming house! Emily was a super responsive and helpful host before and also during our stay. We spent 12 days with 4 adults and two small children (13) at the house and it provided lots of space and everything we needed, from great beds and bedding, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen and everything for the kids (Pack 'n Play/high chair/potty/toys/security gates and more). The location couldn't be better, very quiet, right by Tower Grove Park (amazing farmers market on Saturdays!) with shops, cafes and restaurants around the corner. All amenities worked great, double washer/dryer, dishwasher, HVAC, hot water, fridge with ice maker etc.Easy access with number code locks and ample parking in front and back alley.We will definitely be back since this was the perfect spot for our family reunion.
