"The room could use some work. The paint falling from the ceiling in the bathroom wasn't great, the baseboard trim was held by 4 screws and putty. The fact I left the reservation early because of drug use and someone using a BBQ while drinking on the floor above me wasn't great either. When I reached for a refund of the days I was leaving early, no manager was around to answer and the lady at the desk talked like I was a 2 yr old.. "

"Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. There was also a soda fountain which is available at breakfast but also from 3p-10p. This was fantastic to have! Pool and hot tub were functional and clean. Great for relaxing while the kids played around. Parking garage was locked at night with only badge access from your hotel keycard. It felt very safe. Truly fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."

Be aware that there are a couple of very popular local restaurants nearby and parking can be challenging at peak times. Not a negative just something to be aware of because having those local restaurants nearby is definitely a plus! You should definitely check them out."

"The home was well-equipped with anything we needed. The location is perfect. We had access to all the classic STL stops. We were planning a party at a restaurant on the hill, so the location was very convenient for that as well."

"Weak Wifi. No Shampoo. No bodywash. No extra Toilet paper. The TV was not working. Dirty floors. The most important thing is to have one small bathroom for that number of beds. The curtains in the rooms were broken."

"My family and I stayed here for three nights. There were plenty of rooms for us, and we made the most of the kitchen, dining, and family rooms each morning and evening. The location was great… so convenient, and it was never a problem to find parking on the street. Communication with Andrew was great!Notes: The twin bedrooms had an inconvenient "pass-through" layout: anyone in the smaller sunroom-style bedroom had to walk through the larger bedroom to reach the bathroom. Additionally, the laundry facilities were located in a doorless closet within that larger twin bedroom. To avoid waking the kids, we couldn't do laundry at night or easily move between rooms.While the unit has two full bathrooms, both were quite small. The upstairs bathroom was especially difficult to use because it has two separate entrances; when both doors were open at the same time, it was almost impossible to move around inside Those were the only two things that were a little unexpected, but the spaciousness of the ground floor and the location more than made up for it."
