"Overall we had a good stay, plenty of space and very clean. Family friendly ready with snacks and toys for my kids to be entertained with. Understand this is a basement unit but was not expecting the steep staircase was only a downfall for us simce travel with older parents. Appreciate everything that I needed or could have forgotten available for me to use if needed, that was nice. Some of the cons was the shower curtain in the master bedroom not properly attached and easily fell on me while bathing children, I was able to secure back myself but it’s one of those that are tightening poles. Another thing was the communication with Host, I reached out with request to check in early as well as check in instructions and never heard back from Host until passed check in time. Check in instructions until the very last min of arrival time, received right at 3pm if not a bit afterwards. I was starting to get worried but thankfully received. Regardless of that I would book here again if not traveling with parents. Thank you"
