"Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Gastgebern. Ein frühes Check In war kein Problem und wir haben als Familie ein wirklich tolles Zimmer mit zwei separaten Schlafräumen bekommen. Der Pool ist und die Liegen sind perfekt für die warmen Sonnentag. Und dank dem süssen Hund Mao ist man nie alleine. :-) Das Frühstück im schönen Garten war sehr lecker! Wir waren nur für 1 Tag dort auf der Durchreise, würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen und auch länger bleiben!"

"We had a wonderful time at this place. Very quiet and calm indeed. Garden tables were available all evening for a small meal and drink from markets. Generous offering of plates, wine glasses, forks, and knives for a evening picnic. Breakfast with homemade food. Not a noise can be heard as the hotel is well away from the roads. We rented one of the gites and found the accomodation to be very pleasant, it was well stocked with the essential items and the hosts could not have been more welcoming. Special mention must go to their Cavalier King Charles spaniel Scratch, who made his little presence known by greeting us joyfully when we returned every day :-) A very nice place, and >5 minute drive away from the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue."

"An absolutely perfect stay, Chateau du Martinet is exactly the place for which we had hoped: a gorgeous rustic building, charming grounds, and a friendly team of people that went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. The hotel is pet friendly, and two very friendly little dogs greeted us upon our arrival. The driveway is a bit oblique to the main road and we missed it the first time by. But that is no problem because it is worth the drive. I look forward to staying here again. ...

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
