"This hotel is impeccable. From the friendly and helpful staff to the tasty breakfast included the hotel is clean, top notch and I highly recommend you stay here. You won’t be disappointed."
"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"
"Mark, the management team was superb. Excellant communications before and during the stay. He tried to help us arrange everything beforehand. Highly recommend this place."

Royal San Marco Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding property. We stayed three nights. We had a small issue with water the first day but the hotel staff was on top of it and made everything right. Will definitely stay there again. "
"We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The favorite of several plaxes we stayed on our trip. Ice cold AC during a terrible heat wave, super helpful staff, and ultra convenuent location to the water taxi stop, Rialto Market/Bridge, and lots of dining options. "
"The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it."
"The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast."
