"Overall we had a wonderful stay. I feel with a few improvements this place could be a lot better. At check-in staff did not give information on dinning options or times, where to get pool/ beach towels, themes or activities that went on throughout the week, and how to get around property. Rooms and property were very clean, but outdated and worn down. Most of the staff were friendly, but you definitely received better service if you tipped money especially at the start of service (poolside and dinning). Our housekeeper for the week left a note on our last night, kindly asking for a tip. Our two daughters went for dinner, the waiter asked them for a tip. The app where you make reservations for restaurants and shuttle, was slightly misleading with fine print of charges for dinning at the restaurant. When you reserve a time for the shuttle there is a “ I have read and accept terms and conditions” button you have to select before you can reserve, but not for the dinning where you will be charged. The “i have read and agree to terms.” should be both places for shuttle and dinner reservations. Sushi was really good. Buffet could be better. I loved the beachfront and swimmable ocean. "
