"We checked in to our room, discovered no fridge, no coffee maker, had only 2 bath towels no small towels or wash clothes. We asked to upgrade yo a better room, we upgraded and paid the difference, on our last night we came to our room and found out they locked us out. We asked why they said we still ..."
