The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. The private beach was a highlight — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The pools were also very well maintained, which made spending time there even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and offered great quality. However, it would be amazing if they could introduce a few new cuisines to create a more exclusive and diverse dining experience. Overall, it was the best time spent. "As Expedia VIPs, we were upgraded to a huge suite (Rm 1715) and received a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and a $25 spa credit. Our concierge, Elan was great and we received excellent service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the resort was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the food, the entertainment, and the location (literally built into the mountainside). We saw tons of whale and even a sea lion swimming along the shoreline. "
