"once i arrived and check the room, want to see the soccer game...TV was not in function!!!! well I went to the lobby in which was the game I wanted to see, at the same time the bellman who was helping with baggage, report the tv not working. By the time we comeback the TV was fixed. Thank you"

"This is the third time I’m staying in this hotel and I m always very satisfied with the service, attention and courtesy of all the staff! They made me feel at home! I highly recommend it! And what I like the most is that it is very close to the most part of the historic places in Mexico!!!"
