Fabulous overall (bit there aren't five bedrooms)

The property is absolutely lovely. VERY spacious and clean and comfortable and livable. In a great area with easy access to many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The only ding is that the listing describes five (5) bedrooms, whereas there are actually only four (4), one of which is basically a servant's quarters. The listing should definitely be revised to reflect this, but overall, it's a beautiful place.
