"From check-in to check-out, everything and was great. Staff was super friendly and happy to help with any needs. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Utilized the cafe and restaurant frequently. Food and coffee was great. Couldn’t say anything negative about this hotel."

"We looked at pictures and reviews and picked this place. Hotel is one star at best. The lobby looks like a cheap hostel. We thought maybe rooms are better. We wnt upstairs and saw the room is worse. We immediately came down and asked for refund. They said it has to go through corporate. So we booked another hotel and later we were told we are not getting any refund. So they charged us for 3 nights for 2 rooms that we did not use. I am disputing the charge on my card. Stay away from this place."

"All in all a good stay. The room was not freshly renovated but overall the condition of the room was ok, the bed was good, we got a good night's sleep. The included snack/dinner and the breakfast made it a good deal. The airport noise was not very loud in the room so sleeping was not disturbed. Pool, spa and restaurants were not visited so I can't comment on that."

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room had a full sized refrigerator, a coffee maker, cook top and microwave plus a full set of dishes. One thing to note is that it is located on a very busy street and intersection so the traffic noise is very loud at times."

"Hotel Bellas Artes is located in a perfect place, next to metro and many places to check out including several markets. There's great food like Cafe Tacuba Miralto, Panaderia Ideal and so much more. The staff is super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. "
