"The breakfast service is excellent, and the room cleaning service is also very good. However, the front desk service needs improvement. The young reception staff at the hotel entrance are not always very welcoming or cordial. In my experience, the older reception staff members provide much better and more professional service."

"Great hotel - basic, no frills, but right in the heart of downtown. Room cleaned every day. No air conditioning wasn’t an issue - fan worked well - for my mid to late September visit, but could be an issue in the summer. I was busy most days and nights so it was really a place to crash after touring. A small fridge will be nice, but a minor thing. Shower and bathroom area was clean and worked well. Don’t hesitate to book here. - saved me money for other things on my trip and was safe, clean, affordable and the location was perfect to hit many downtown tourist spots."
