To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following house rules. Your understanding helps us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.

Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all.

Check-in and Check-out Times
We have set check-in and check-out times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the property for the next guest. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Any violations of the specified or agreed times will result in a $200 penalty for every 15 minutes late.

Pool Safety
There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests must swim at their own risk and ensure children are always supervised by an adult.

No Swimming in the Canal
For safety reasons, swimming in the canal is strictly prohibited at all times.

No Smoking Indoors
Our home is completely smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted indoors or within 30 feet (9 meters) of open windows or doors. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.

Drugs and Weapons Prohibited
For the safety of all guests, weapons and illegal drugs (including marijuana) are strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in immediate eviction and fines.

No Parties or Undeclared Gatherings
To keep our home peaceful for everyone, parties and unregistered gatherings are not allowed. Hosting a party will incur a $1,000 fee.

Declared Guest and Pet Count
Please accurately include all guests and pets in your reservation. Any undeclared guest or pet will incur a $100 fee per night. Pets and children must not be left unattended without adult supervision.

Security Measures
For your safety, please lock all windows and doors whenever you leave the property.

Compliance with Rules
Any abuse or violation of these rules may result in additional charges (up to $1,000 per incident) and immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
