Must mention that the building is going through a 50 year restoration.

Our unit has been already passed restoration construction with new windows, new glass balcony .
We are on the South side and there still might be construction noise as west side of the building is now in progress.
Annual rentals offer 40% discount. This is very rare for ocean front units.

truly a home away

the property was great. staff wasn't too friendly, nor were the people who actually live there, but that didn't ruin our beautiful week of vacation. the condo was in great condition and very comfortable. truly was our home away from home.

Nice and long stay

We stayed at Lucy and Richard's apartment for 49 days, and had a great time. The apartment is very nice, and the Condo very comfortable. The pool and hot tube are so clean. The playroom and gym are very good. Richard and Lucy are very kind and ready to help. Thanks! See you soon.

Paradise on Hollywood Beach

Property was awesome, just the right size for what I needed for a month. Everything was 100%, with the exception of the washer/dryer, not being in the unit. Great shower, closet space, appliances, TV and comfortable furniture. I will be back....thank you so much for everything!!!

Lovely Place! Highly Recommended!

What a joy it was to come in to Lucy's condo for the first time after a long trip! Everything was just as described and just as arranged. The condo is beautifully renovated and spotless with all the possible comforts and extras (tea, cooking oil, spices, soaps, utensils, towels, beach chairs...!). We also found the location - right across the exclusive Diplomat Hotel to be very pleasant and safe. Being able to enjoy both the pool and the beach without having to drive was very convenient and definitely pleased our 2.5 year old. We also enjoyed some BBQ dinners in the courtyard. To our surprise it didn't get very crowded (We planned it for week days. Week-ends see more action). In Hollywood, I'd recommend the Taco Spot on the broad-walk for a quick tasty meal. We called for take out as I actually much preferred the southern area of Hollywood (where the condo is) to the Hollywood "down town"/broad-walk area. I am hoping to be back and would definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Natasha

Dreamy to say the least

This is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed. Not only was the condo above my expectations, Lucy was more than accommodating to my every need. It was so nice not to have to go out and buy everything like toilet paper and laundry soap. There were so many extras that made our trip so much more relaxing. Thank you so much so providing such a luxurious stay.

Perfect time on Hollywood Beach FL

If you are looking for relaxation, space and more privacy than in a hotel you find the perfect holiday home here. The owners have everything very nicely decorated and there is everything you need for a great vacation. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. The condominium has it all and the tranquility of the beach and pool is outstanding. Miami Beach is about 20-30 minutes. If we are on vacation in Florida again, we will come back. The communication with the owners was FIRST CLASS. Thank you Lucy and Richard, we did not miss anything and felt like home!!! Wenn sie Ruhe, Entspannung, Platz und mehr Privatsphäre wie in einem Hotel suchen finden Sie hier das perfekte Urlaubszuhause. Die Besitzer haben alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und es gibt alles, was man für einen super Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 Personen. Die Wohnanlage bietet wirklich alles und die Ruhe an Strand und Pool ist überragend. Nach Miami Beach sind es etwa 20-30 Minuten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Florida Urlaub machen, werden wir wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war Erstklassig. Danke Lucy und Richard, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!!!

Wonderful "home away from home".

This is my third year of renting in this area and this was the best experience ever. The owner, Lucy, was wonderful and so responsive to everything. The unit is lovely and very comfortable with so many amenities. The location is perfect and the staff and the other residents in the buliding are friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again and again!

Great condo, great building and great location

I loved my stay at the Tides. This is my second visit and I plan on returning again next year. The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, great view and the description of the building was spot on. I took full advanatage of the gym facilities and found the location to be close to shopping, restaurants, race track and airport. Can't wait til next winter.

Amazing !

Absolutely amazing ! Clean, clean, clean !!! I loved my stay. Everything is new and clean. Plently of linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, DVD's, big screen TV, beach umbrella, beach chairs. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place. The view from the balcony of the sunrise is breathtaking. You can see the ocean from everywhere, even when you come into the door !!! All I can say is thank you to the owner that made us feel so much at home. Loved every minute of my stay there, I'll certainly be back.
