  • Enjoy this spacious apartment located at Tides Condominium in Hollywood, an Oceanfront resort-like condominium ideal for vacation rentals.

    The apartment consists of two bedrooms: a master bedroom with two queen-size beds and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds.

    The unit has 2 Full bathrooms.
    Integrated dining and living room with a sofa for a maximum capacity of 6 guests total.

    Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a full meal.

    The unit has a balcony with beautiful city views.
    Washer & dryer on every floor accessible with a prepaid washer card. (not included)

    Tides condominium offers resort style amenities with an ocean front pool and a gym. Business center and cafe with groceries available.

    Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :
    (Charges subject to change between time of booking and check-in date)

    VALET PARKING
    $100 Weekly
    $125 bi-weekly
    $150 three weeks
    $175 four weeks
    $40 holidays

    FOB KEY
    The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEY for $30 every two adults. Non-refundable.

Family vacay

We were unaware we needed to supply our own toilet paper & garbage bags. I messaged our host twice and never once received a response. Our unit only locked from inside the condo & the sliding glass door did not lock at all. We arrived after 5pm & the office where u need to get keys to the use the elevators & pool is only open 9a-5p which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. We basically were stuck in our room the first day we arrived. We will not be staying here again.
