Two bedrooms, each with gorgeous views,(one King-size bed & one queen size bed )with their own full baths. Spacious living room leading to a large ‘L’ balcony facing both the ocean and the Peacock Park, with large outdoor table and chairs to eat or chill outside. Real high-speed Internet connection and digital cable TV with 100 channels. Two Smart TVs so that you can use your own subscription to Netflix, Hulu, HBO...etc. A third large TV in the living room.
This corner condo includes a separated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, full-size washer & drier, toaster, juicer, and coffee maker, hairdryer.

Free covered parking in the same building. Pool and outdoor hot tub on the 8th floor with amazing views of the bay and with free towels provided on-site. Fitness Center on the last floor with great views and squash courts. Business Center.

Our stay at the Arya condo was great. The location can’t be beat, the parking is easy, the check in process was a breeze, and the manager was great about communication. Our one issue was the tile floor was quite dirty and would leave the soles of your feet black if barefoot, but that was easily solved by wearing sandals around the u it. Definitely worth staying at the Arya!
