Our fully-equipped and renovated COZY apartment with 2 bed/2 bath in a Miami style gated community complex is what you just need. With only minutes in distance to Sunny Isles beach, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and closest proximity of the famous Aventura Mall, this home is perfect for a gateway! Spacious, bright and comfortable up to 6 people! a huge pool with a Jacuzzi and 2 tennis court, gym and a BBQ area to enjoy your stay! One parking included.

*THE SPACE*:
Our space was design to make you feel like you are home away from home. The design elements in both living areas and bedroom were thought out so our guest feel comfortable and just, AT HOME!!!. one parking its include , and extra would be avaialbe with and extra fee!! amazing common areas to take a breath and enjoy your stay in Miami.

*Other details to know :

The reserve include (4) access card and (1) parking decal .(one parking spot include)

For registration purposes, guest MUST provide the ID for EACH adult that will be staying in the unit and 2 emails to receive the confirmation and instruction from the building.

*Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom.
*Guest beedrom with 2 full side bed. *Sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)

*Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, dryer, washing and dishwasher in unit.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located in central Aventura. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The location was amazing and in a very safe area. The condo was clean and it was a pleasure dealing with the owners. I would highly recommend this place.

Apt was clean on arrival. However, after a long trip i had to send my husband out close to midnight to get some drinking water for my meds.There was no bottled water in the fridge There are no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so towels kept falling on the floor.2nd bathroom had no toilet paper holder so paper kept falling off the counter to the floor.There is also an annoying shelf accross the sink so if you brush your teeth or wash your face you bang into it.There were no extra sheets. So we had a 10 day stay and could not find 1 extra sheet to change my linen. There were no pens or paper to be found. Also not a tissue to be found. There are no drawers in the closet so baisically whatever couldnt be hung up had to stay in the suitcase. I was living out of a suitcase for 10 days. A 70 cabinet from ikea would help the situation. The diverter in both showers barely had any water flowing out.Manager was very quick to replace broken tv and other tv remote.If you want to pay top dollar for a very no frills apt rent this one.
