Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.

The Space:
This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.
Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida. Pool, Gym and Resort Style amenities including home comforts are ideal for families or friends travelling together.
This unit has a Balcony facing south, where you can enjoy direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included. The room, which has one King- sized bed, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a master room with a King -sized bed, and there are 2 Full Beds in the second room, with two full Bathrooms.
You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant and you will have beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).
The fully- equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, one glass stove, one integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, one stove, dishes, one coffee maker, a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, one iron/ironing board, an in-suite washer/dryer and TVs in each room. This unit includes a sofa bed in the living room.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus taxes
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus taxes.

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus taxes
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus taxes
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes

The Neighborhood:
Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. It is the perfect location to be if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport.
For groceries, you will find a 24 hour Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive and you are very welcome to use Instacart for the groceries to be delivered right to your apartment.

Getting Around:
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):
There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hallandale Beach.
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):
Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
