Booked property day of trip as another host left my family and i homeless. No confirmation or check in instructions. Money was taken and refund was denied. Never stayed here. Legal action coming.

Bad unit

Shower rod fell onto my mothers shoulder causing a injury to her neck and shoulder. It was not properly secured to the walls. The bed was broken in the middle caussing it to have a slump in the middle. Also the window seals were leaking rain water inside the unit and onto the floor causing water to get to the luggage bags and making the floor slippery. The television in both rooms didnt work. Told the front desk and was told that its not there problem and i needed to contact the host of the property. Still havent heard back from the host as of yet. Very bad experience with this place. It will not allow me to upload photos on here for some reason.

El departamento estaba sucio, sin sábanas, todo desordenado y sin limpiar y lleno de polvo. Ni nos pudimos quedar en el apartamento de lo tan mal arreglado sucio que estaba. Inhabitanle.
