Good location, ok value,some things could improve

The location of the hotel is great for the beach,the rooms are clean. But,it is noisy with the lift and you can hear other residents. The room looks quite tired and beds are not the most comfortable. Breakfast is basic, they dont clean the tables in-between patrons and i can be a bit hectic.

We spent one night here. The walking location to the beach is wonderful. Although parts of the hotel are dated and need repair, our room was updated, clean, and comfortable.

Close to the beach and action but not too close. The night life and restaurants aren’t too far can walk or Uber. There is a deli below that is also good.

Simple 2 story small hotel just 2 minutes from a quiet beach, staff are fabulous and go the extra mile. Nice breakfast and clean linens, great service. Near neighborhood supermarket, and many great restaurants. Totally safe and quiet condos/hotels nearby. Second year there, and will go back next year.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get an early check in which was great because we had a very early flight. They gave us beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella to use on the beach. Was only a few minutes walk from the beach and there was a free trolley to ride down to south beach area.

Excellent location for the beach, free towels and chairs and lovely spacious rooms. We had a deluxe room with balcony. Free breakfast was ok. If the hotel had a restaurant and bar, would have been great. Easy access to free bus was good to get into town.

I didn't stay to long. We were there for maybe 9 hours over night. Nice that the hotel is right 30 meters away from the beach, SUPER convenient! Absolutely wonderful staff! I LOVE the complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. Nice that they offer a complimentary breakfast as well! The rooms were ok but very humid and the bathrooms mildly outdated. The bathroom ventilation was very poor. The hallways did not feel like a hotel but rather a working class apartment building. The balcony access was nice however. Again, the staff was amazing!!

Our room was wonderful! We had a pretty view of the ocean. The lobby was simple but sheer. The staff was helpful. There were not too many things within a couple of walking blocks to do or eat besides the beach. We had a nice visit.
