This was an incredible property. The balcony views, especially at night, were gorgeous. Close to lots of food and shopping.

Experience the City of Brickell

The rental was clean and offered a nice view. It’s centrally located — right in the heart of a mall area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bayside is also nearby for excursions, which was convenient, although the area is very busy with traffic.We spent most of our time out and about doing different activities and shopping, so the location worked well for that. However, communication with the host was poor. Responses were very slow, and there was a lack of helpful or reassuring information — not ideal if you’re someone who likes to plan ahead or needs clear guidance.Parking was another challenge, especially with a larger vehicle like an Escalade. There wasn’t any dedicated space, but we eventually found a garage within walking distance.Overall, the stay was fine for our needs, but better communication and parking support would’ve made a big difference.

Amazing weeklong stay!

Loved everything about the property! Reception desk was busy so took a couple of tries (b/c I didn't want to wait in line) to get amenity cards, but other than that the apartment and building were fabulous. Property manager was responsive & great. Highly recommend!

Stunning Views

Accommodations were exactly as depicted. Stunning modern residence with million dollar views. So nice to have linens , towels and bathrobes provided -and a welcome bottle of chilled wine! Can’t wait to return !

Everything about the apartment was great. Our only issue was with the building. There was a problem with several elevators at the same time and with the amount of people using them every day, it became a headache

Excellent Property with Gorgeous Views

Maria was our vacation rental specialist. She was great and extremely responsive. The place was beautiful and the views were amazing. We were in Miami for a conference. The place was just as advertised. Very clean, very neat. Great views from a corner apartment. Capital Grill, Flemings and Truluck's restaurants all within walking distance. Very nice.

Unit was as pictured. Location was great. Pool area gets limited sun exposure. Gym was located in another building so we didn’t use it. Would return again.

Excellent Rental

Natalie was very pleasant to work with during our 10 day stay at the Viceroy Residences in Brickell. The view from floor to ceiling in this condo is superb.
