Things to know:
- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 per apartment.
- Pets are not allowed in the unit.
- Valet Parking: $100 per week, $125 USD for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, $150 for a month.
- There`s no package reception.

The apartment includes beach chairs and an umbrella.

All tenants must register their full names at the front desk before entering. After check-in, the guest will receive a smart lock code and fobs.

If you require a Cot, please let us know when you book, since it`s subject to availability. Please note we do not provide blankets for the cot.

If a fob is lost, a replacement costs an extra $100 per fob.
- Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided for an extra cost.
- Pets are not allowed in the building.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and reservations outside Airbnb require a refundable damage deposit of $300 to $500. We will return this deposit 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
