We really enjoyed our stay at New Point Miami Beach. The location is perfect, and we especially loved the beautiful view of the canal from our place—it was a huge highlight. The valet parking is very convenient, but a quick tip for future guests: make sure to plan ahead and request your car early if you're leaving during rush hour, as it can get busy. The hotel features a large, clean, and heated pool right by the beach, which was fantastic. There is also a sauna available for an additional fee. We had some minor issues with the key cards, but the staff was helpful and resolved the problem quite quickly

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The shower water was very hot. The view of the beach was wonderful. Quick access to the beach. The only problems were the long wait for the valet service and the poor soundproofing of the room; you could hear everyone passing in the hallway. Overall, I would stay there again.

We got a very good deal and the apartment style hotel is excellent. Sea facing room, easy beach access, nice large pool, grocery store in the basement which is open 8am-10pm, free valet parking. Then you can take free bus provided by Miami city and access most of the north/south beaches, downtown, airport. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend our friends who are looking for a budget friendly accomodation.

The hotel is in a good location. Pretty outdated. Staff were not too friendly. The little restaurant on site was very good, also good food and drinks- bar tenders were very nice. Outdoor food area was pretty good as well.
