This property has all the security conditions, you and your car are safe, only the reception staff are few explicit, they are answering the computer and the telephone, this brings confusion and ignorance regarding the rules established by the property, the apartment , it is perfectly equipped but its floors are extremely dirty, also the sofa bed is horrible, not at all comfortable, totally declined in the feet, it is in a very commercial area, everything is close and 10 minutes from Miami beach, in general it is a very good property

This is an air B&B… NOT a hotel!!! Very minimal amenities and zero flexibility. Hotel prices for below standard service. It was mid range at best. Disappointed. Did not find that the photos matched the actual setting. Would not stay again. The staff on site was nice, but the actual owners were difficult to gain access to and were unhelpful.
