  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Loved this property. My family had an amazing time. Only issues i had was i couldnt initially connect to the Wifi, and how long it took for deposit to return back to my account. Other than that...i highly recommend this stay because it was super clean and near everything!!

My only two issues was that the parking pass wasn’t available as soon as I arrived so that was a bit of an issue and there were no controllers for the tv’s in the bedrooms. But everything else was great

The staff there is rude, when you book thrid party as they call it. Parking passes where expired, and i had to pay 65.00 for in and out for 5 days. Also their is a hidden fee no tells you about untill you arrived!! They say it comes back to you so we will see. The carpets in the room was very dirty, and so was the blanket throwed across the bed . Other than that nothing to special there..

Don’t stay here. Half of the things in the unit were broken or didn’t work - AC, TVs, shower head, lights, you name it. I contacted the property about all of these things and wasn’t offered a solution or a partial refund.

La estadía en general fue buena y el lugar cumplió con lo esperado una vez todo estuvo resuelto. Sin embargo, quiero mencionar dos puntos importantes a mejorar. Yo solo hablo español y el soporte telefónico fue únicamente en inglés. Tuve que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que finalmente me consiguieron a una persona que hablara español, lo cual fue incómodo, especialmente llegando cansado y con mi familia. También se me solicitó un depósito de 300 dólares que no estaba claramente indicado en la reserva de Expedia. Acepté pagarlo para poder continuar con el proceso, ya que quería resolver la situación lo antes posible. Después de eso, la experiencia fue satisfactoria y la estadía transcurrió sin problemas. Recomendaría mejorar la atención en español y dejar más claro el tema de los depósitos para futuros huéspedes.

Our stay was disappointing. Check-in was delayed by more than two hours because the property wasn’t ready at the scheduled time (4:00 pm). The TV remotes didn’t work, even after we reported the issue on the first night, and it was never resolved. The visitor bathroom sink was clogged, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Even though the property did not meet its own standards or the conditions stated in the listing, when we requested a partial refund, we were told that because the booking was non-refundable, no compensation would be provided. This was frustrating, as the issues clearly showed the property did not comply with its part of the agreement.

Falta de seriedad y comunicación

La propiedad en general bien. Llegué y las llaves no funcionaban, me mandaron a lobby y las recepcionistas me comentaron que el hotel no tenía nada que ver con los departamentos. Tuve que esperar para que me dieran llaves que si funcionaran. Había una fuga de agua en el baño y la lavadora no servía. Lo reporte inmediatamente y me dijeron que iría alguien de mantenimiento a revisar. No fue nadie. Al día siguiente me pidieron estar en la propiedad 5:00 pm para recibir a la persona de mantenimiento. Nunca llegó por segunda vez. 2 días me pidieron estar para recibir a la persona y nunca llegó. Solo pidieron una disculpa después de dejarme en visto por varias horas. Muy mala experiencia pues yo estaba de vacaciones y tenía que estar al pendiente de la persona de mantenimiento que nunca llegó. Tuve que poner toallas en el piso del baño y no pude usar la lavadora
