The condo can accommodate almost any situation, with one complimentary valet, where you may park one car free of charge. The area around the condo is the famous Sunny Isles Beach, filled with prestigious buildings and restaurants. Everything in the area sits on either side of Collins Ave, a wonderful Miami main street that rides all the way down to South Beach.

    Three bedrooms Two bath, Two balcony, kitchen, washer & dryer inside the Unit and more! Nice and comfortable to enjoy your vacations seeing city and ocean views. This apartment offering nice open pool, Gym, Free Valet parking and more, you will feel like home, spacious apartment that can be comfortably up to 6 people. Four beds plus one queen sofa bed in the living room! Located in Sunny Isles Beach. Distance walk to Grocery store, coffee, restaurants, Pharmacy.
